Returns are free & easy within 15 days of receiving your order if they qualify as per our returns policy. 

Avant-Garde Paris lets you choose from our wide range of designs and then lets you choose again too! Follow this easy process for return or exchange :

• The product can be returned or exchanged within 15 days.
• Secure a package with the original product with the original packaging including tags and invoice. Please note that the product must be in the original condition and must not be used or worn out. Address the package to : 17-Felix Kanitz St., 1st Floor, Apt. 2, Primorski District, Varna-9002, Bulgaria.
• Raise a request to return/exchange the product by sending the images of the product, invoice and tags via email: bonjour@avantgardeparis.fr .
• A free of cost, reverse pick up shall be processed from the customer’s address within 3-5 business days.
• In case of a missing tag, invoice or a tampered product, the refund shall not be processed.

On returning the product, the refund will be processed in form of store credit or to the original mode of payment. The credits and coupon shall be valid for 1 year that you can use to buy any product @ www.avantgardeparis.fr . Return is not valid for customized products.

In case of exchange, you can buy same or any other product @ www.avantgardeparis.fr depending upon stock availability.

To cancel your order, contact the customer care within 24 hours of making a purchase.
